Here’s something that you probably weren’t expecting: a collaboration between Swatch and Omega.
If you know a thing or two about watches, you’ll know that the Omega Speedmaster is a staple when it comes to collecting but, with a price tag of over $6,000, it’s not necessarily the most accessible of accessories.
Luckily, it seems as though the watch Gods have heard our prayers because the Swatch X Omega collection is set to offer a new model, and the price is pretty reasonable.

Omega X Swatch collection
If you’re a watch collector, we have big news coming your way.
Luxury watch brand Omega and Swatch have teamed up to create 11 models similar to Omega’s iconic Speedmaster Moonwatch. The new models are named MoonSwatch.
The MoonSwatch measures the same 42mm as the Speedmaster, and they come in Bioceramic cases. Likewise, you can expect to see the familiar tachymeter and the Speedmaster subdial arrangement on the new collection.
If that wasn’t enough, each model references different planets within our solar system including Mars, Mercury, Saturn, etc. Pretty cool, right?
Raynald Aeschlimann, Omega president and CEO, shared: “Omega’s long and distinguished history may have been cut short if it wasn’t for the vision and the courage taken by Swatch.
“The MoonSwatch collection salutes the saviours of our industry in a witty and accessible way. The Swatches are perfect for budding Moonwatch fans and I can’t think of a more appropriate icon for our shared project.”
