Teen mom of twins realizes she’s pregnant only a week before giving birth to them
A TikTok mother wasn’t aware that she was pregnant with not just one, but two children, until a week before she birthed them, and her story is unbelievable.
TikTok user @viviencrumpton’s 19th birthday was mostly spent in the hospital when she learned she was pregnant, in addition to a health condition that could possibly threaten her babies’ lives. Fast forward a few months, the mother and her children are healthy and doing well.

Vivien had turned 19 on the day she came to know she was pregnant, and it came as a huge surprise to her because she was on birth control and didn’t know how she conceived.
When she goes to the hospital to get herself checked, she’s met with an even bigger surprise – the doctor, on running an ultra-scan on her, reveals she is carrying twins. She was also 36 weeks into the pregnancy, which is only four weeks away from the full term.
But, the day only got more complicated for the TikTok user when the doctors diagnosed her with Preeclampsia -�a serious blood pressure condition that develops during pregnancy.
Although she could hear the twins’ heartbeats, one of them was smaller than the other, and owing to the blood pressure condition, she had to give birth to them within a week to avoid complications.

Vivien ended up delivering identical twin boys on a Sunday of the same week she learned about her pregnancy, and she only had about six days to digest the surprise news.
Despite the complication, Vivien says her baby boys and healthy. She has also posted several videos with her newborn twins on her account.
People still tell her she missed out on the experience of pregnancy as she never knew about it. She neither had a maternity shoot nor did she get sonogram pictures of her babies when they were growing inside her.
However, the TikTok user has learned to laugh it off, and you can even find her mocking her own situation. In one video with the overlay text, “How long did you know you were pregnant with twins before you gave birth?”, Vivien responds funnily: “I would say about four minutes.”
