Takis releases new ‘non-spicy’ flavor Buckin’ Ranch without their usual heat
A brand new Takis flavor has arrived on shelves this week called Buckin’ Ranch – and this one’s not spicy.
Their rolled corn tortilla chips are renowned for coming in fiery flavors from Nitro to Blue Heat, but this one is far more tame.

“Guaranteed to take your tastebuds on a wild ride, this latest addition to the Takis lineup of iconic snacks is packed with zesty and creamy goodness,” the chip brand said in a press release.
Ranch is one of the US’s most popular chip flavors, and Takis wanted to join in on the action with a cool flavor for those who aren’t keen on spice.
The new option is available now at retailers nationwide in individual and sharing sizes, and it comes in bright blue packaging.
A spice meter on the front shows that it’s completely plain, and the word “non-spicy” is even written at the top.

The new Takis are going down well with most people, but some say the ranch flavor could be a bit punchier.
One TikTok user tried the chips for the first time on camera and said: “Wow wow wow wow. Three Takis in and I can already tell you I love them.”
“No cap. For real these are good. The ranch flavor on here is so good. If you love Cool Ranch Doritos you’re gonna love these,” he continued.
Another thought the new Takis taste like a “light version” of Cool Ranch Doritos and said: “These are not spicy and honestly they need a little bit more ranch flavor.”
