Soup season is here, and Panera bread have three new delicious options to choose from
Fall is officially in full swing, and to celebrate the occasion, Panera Bread has released three brand new soups to warm you up this autumn.
Though some would lead you to believe that summer is the best season, it’s actually fall. From autumnal Starbucks drinks to the crazy history of pumpkins, there is no beating the leaves changing, and the weather dipping.

Panera Bread has three new soups for you
Just hours after Burger King pleased fans with three new burgers, Panera has stepped up with an exciting announcement of their own.
In a press release, the brand, which has over 2,000 hubs across the United States, unveiled its Hearty Fireside Chili, Rustic Baked Potato Soup, and the returning Autumn Squash Soup.
The Hearty Fireside Chili was described as a “rich and savory” blend of beef, kidney beans, fire-roasted tomatoes, and green chili peppers in a broth of chilis and cilantro.
The “creamy, cheesy” Rustic Baked Potato Soup has everything you’d expect from the name, including chives, bacon, and added extras of Monterey Jack cheese sauce and melty asiago cheese.
Panera Bread is also returning the Autumn Squash Soup, which is a blend of butternut squash and pumpkin with honey, apple juice, cinnamon, and a hint of curry.
“When it’s soup season, it’s peak Panera season, and we’re excited to celebrate by adding even more flavor and variety into our iconic lineup of soups, including hearty new offerings and seasonal favorites we know our guests love coming back for,” saidMark Shambura, Chief Marketing Officer, Panera Bread. “Whether you are craving a hearty soup or satisfying sandwich, Panera has options for the whole family to feel good about eating, all at a great value.”
The brand is also launching a new kids’ menu
If you want to bring the kids with you as you sink bowl after bowl of baked potato soup, then you’ll be pleased to learn that Panera Bread is also giving their child menus a much-needed upgrade.
New items include a whole-sized grilled cheese, a turkey and cheese sandwich, a ham and cheese sandwich, and staple favorites like mac & cheese and broccoli cheddar soup.
Alongside their main, kids can choose either apple, French baguette, or chips as their side.
