Betty Crocker has launched new Reese’s and Oreo lava cake kits that allow you to bake delicious tasty treats at home.

For dessert lovers, the Betty Crocker brand is one to look out for when glancing an eye over the food shelves at your local supermarket. Their popular ‘bake at home’ kits guarantee you delicious treats every time, whether you’re after cookies or cakes. If you’re after cakes, does it get better than lava cake? These cakes have a gooey chocolate center that’s irresistible. And now, Betty Crocker has asked ‘How can you possibly make lava cake even better?’ Answering the question with a dreamy answer: Reese’s and Oreo. Duh!

Reeses and Oreo launch lava cake mixes

Betty Crocker has launched two separate ‘bake at home’ kits for Reese’s Peanut Butter and Oreo lava cakes.

First off, Reese’s cakes are delicious chocolate treats with a center that oozes chocolate and Reese’s Peanut Butter chips. To make them, Betty Crocker explains that you “Simply heat your oven, stir ingredients together according to package directions, fill the foil cups included in the box, and bake.”

For the best results, “Serve warm to reveal the decadent molten chocolate center.”

The product is here for a limited time only, so be sure to pick some up. They’re available to shop on the official Betty Crocker website.

As for the Oreo lava cakes, they’re the same deal but instead of Reese’s Peanut Butter chips, there’s a melty chocolate center with real Oreo cookie pieces.

“Simply follow the directions on the package to add butter and eggs to the baking mix, stir all ingredients together, and bake in the oven,” the product description instructs.

The ingredients in one box are enough to make 4 individual-size lava cakes. As well as being available online, they’ve been spotted in the likes of Walmart.
