Dog poop scooping is a legitimate business

Having a dog(s) as a pet is an added responsibility even though it brings immense joy. As well as walking, feeding, and playing with your pooch, their poop also needs to be taken care of.

Some pet owners may not have the time or willingness to clean after their dog and others with multiple pets may find the task hard to perform daily – here’s when the professional service comes in handy.

There are professional dog scooping services across the U.S. who will come to your residence and pick every piece of your dog’s turd for a certain fee, which we’ll get to in a bit.

As for their service, TikTok user Brooks Aka The Million Dollar Dog Poop Guy, says his organization offers different services for varied rates.

Once the dog waste is collected and their service is over, Brooks asks the pet owners if he can dump the collected poop in their trash can, and if they don’t allow it, he considers disposing of it in a community dump site.

He claims it’s the ‘fastest way’ to make cash

Despite a college degree, Brooks scoops dog poop as a professional because it pays him well – as much as $72,000 a year. Upon hearing his business plan, you’ll think of it as possible.

Not all dog poop scooping services charge the same rates and even Brooks finalizes the price after examining the area that needs cleaning. When he just started the business, he would charge $60 per visit and $15 a scoop.

He claims to make $6000 a month by having 100 clients, which amounts to $72,000 a year. Furthermore, he offers other services that add to his income, like sanitizing spaying, cat litter box, pet sitting, etc.

“So, all you need is 100 people to sign up for your service, which is super doable,” Brooks says as he concludes his video.
