New ‘creamy’ Dr Pepper flavor spotted in stores that screams summer
A brand new Dr Pepper flavor has arrived on store shelves in time for summer, and it’s already getting great reviews.
The classic soda has notes of cherry, vanilla and spices, but the much-anticipated addition adds an interesting nutty taste.

The new drink is called Creamy Coconut, which combines the scrumptious taste of Dr Pepper with a creamy toasted coconut flavor.
Food influencer Markie Devo claims the new drink has an official release date of April 29, but it’s been spotted on shelves early.
The drink has been rumored since 2023, and comes in both regular and zero sugar options, and bottles and cans.
It has a cool new packaging too, combining Dr Pepper’s dark red with a pop of baby blue and white swirls.
The drink will be available for a limited time at all stores that usually sell Dr Pepper, and is sparking excitement as summer approaches.
One person commented on Instagram “This is going to be epic” while another said: “I cannot wait to mix it with my Malibu!”
However, others are hoping it doesn’t replace the Strawberries & Cream option, which has a similar fruity and creamy theme.

Some people have already tasted the beverage early, and it’s getting some great reviews.
One TikTok user said it tastes like “a coconut and Dr Pepper had a flavor fiesta in your mouth,” adding: “It’s sweet but still got that Dr Pepper hint to it.”
Another guy tried the drink on camera and his first reaction was “that’s kind of fire,” followed by “that’s good” and “it’s so good”.
He said that if you like coconut, you’ll love this drink, adding that it has that classic Dr Pepper taste with a yummy coconut aftertaste.
Someone else described the flavor as “bold but not overpowering” and agreed that you get hints of both coconut and Dr Pepper.
It comes just weeks after Coca-Cola introduced a new flavor called Spiced, which “transforms the familiar into the extraordinary”.
