Mysterious suitcase found in a 1960s house is straight out of a ‘horror movie’
A couple on TikTok was renovating a house built in the 1960s when they stumbled upon its eave storage with a vintage suitcase hidden in it.
The three-part video series documents the remodelers’ efforts to open the mysterious case, only to discover a creepy item that’ll send chills down your spine.
Couple finds a vintage suitcase in a 1960s home
The lady from Stonestack Renovation was exploring the old house she and her husband recently purchased when she chanced upon the eave storage in the loft. For the unversed, it is the space on the underside of the roof.
The storage space in the viral video had not just one, but multiple doors and even a curtain covering it. When the TikToker managed to enter the room, she spotted a vintage silver Rimowa suitcase hidden inside.
As their followers started to make wild guesses about what could be stored in the old suitcase, the remodeler confirmed it didn’t have any living being that could have possibly mummified in there.

“So we did know there wasnt a dead body, alongside the super obvious points of there being no hideous smell, and there were no flies either,” she says.
The camera then zooms in to show their dog’s expression, as it looks terrified at the sight of the suitcase, even before it is opened.
Well-preserved doll gives TikTok users chills
The couple proceeds to open the suitcase with ominous music playing in the background and all they find at first are an old pencil, a sewing kit, and some sweets.
However, the bottom half of the suitcase left the users terrified when it opened to reveal a vintage doll strapped inside.
Although the doll didn’t appear to be creepy and the woman in the video thought of it to be a “collectible”, fellow users had a different opinion to share. The vintage doll was clad in a pink woolen dress paired with blonde hair.
It doesn’t fit the age-old description of a haunted doll with marker on the face and worn-out clothes, but its mere placement in an old suitcase hidden in the storage space was enough to creep TikTok users out.
“Weve all just witnessed the start of a horror movie,” said one.
“Could be a haunted or cursed doll and thats why its locked away” said another.
Another terrified user added: “I think you should put it back where it belonged and leave the house ASAP.”
