Living Proof Challenge will improve your health in just 12 weeksand help you live longer
As we begin 2024, everyone is looking to improve their health and the new Living Proof Challenge is a great place to start.
Simon Hill’s 12-week program is all about making healthy changes to help you live better for longer and enjoy life to the fullest.

What is the Living Proof Challenge?
The Living Proof is a “science-based, habit-building challenge designed to optimise your physical and mental well-being, reduce your risk of chronic disease and help you live longer”.
It’s a fact that humans are living longer than ever before, but many of those later years are filled with chronic illness and suffering.
The zero-cost challenge aims to change that and “boost your longevity” by progressively building specific healthy science-based habits.
Youll work on all kinds of different areas including nutrition, exercise, sleep, and personal fulfilment habits to “enrich your life”.
How to take part in the challenge
To get started, all you have to do is download the Living Proof Longevity PDF by entering your name and email here.
You’ll receive an email to assess your longevity using 10 Truths and will need to enter that score on a registration page.
The challenge officially runs from February 1 to April 25, but you can start it on any day and receive coaching emails to help you succeed.
At the end of the 12 weeks, youll retest your 10 Truths to measure how they have improved thanks to the changes youve made.
After that, youll get a brand new longevity score and continue your journey towards a longer and better life.
