I’ve been making iced coffee using TikTok’s ‘bottle hack’ and will never need to spend money on a milk frother

I was tired of spending a lot on the “perfect” creamy iced coffee when I discovered an easy bottle hack on TikTok.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the simple technique which saves money and time as it only takes a few minutes to whip up a delicious cup of coffee.

‘Bottle hack’ for iced coffee is viral on TikTok

This is by far the easiest way to make coffee, and you wouldn’t disagree with me. All you need is an empty bottle with the basic ingredients.

TikTok users couldn’t stop flaunting the delicious-looking coffee they prepared using the technique we’ll share here. So, I tried it myself. Here’s what you need and how it’s done.

Ingredient:

• Instant coffee powder
• Ice cubes
• Milk
• Sugar (You can prepare it without sugar, too)
• An empty plastic bottle.

Method:

1. Add two teaspoons of instant coffee powder and the desired amount of sugar to the bottle.
2. Add two tablespoons of water to the mixture and shake the bottle thoroughly.
3. Continue shaking it until you see the froth forming.
4. Add a couple of ice cubes to a cup followed by milk depending on how you like your coffee – strong or light.
5. Empty the cream from the bottle into the glass and stir it well.

Your instant iced coffee is ready to serve!

Don’t worry if you can’t find an empty bottle, you can still prepare the TikTok famous coffee with an alternative method.

You need to add the same amount of coffee powder, sugar, and water, but use the back of a strainer to mix them for about two to three minutes until the cream is formed.

You can then transfer it to a glass filled with ice and milk for a cup of freshly whipped cold coffee.

I am a huge fan of the TikTok method because I don’t own a milk frother and I don’t have to buy one ever again it seems.

Also, the convenience factor can’t be ignored. For someone like me who cannot function without some cold coffee to beat the heat, TikTok’s bottle hack for an instant beverage is the best option.
