A TikTok user has revealed a genius iPhone hack that allows you to fully understand how to take care of your clothes and help with washing.
There are some people (most people) on Earth that throw their mixed-colour laundry in the washing machine and hit start with their fingers crossed. But, if youve ever shrunk a shirt or accidentally coloured your socks pink, you know that doing laundry is a little more complicated.�

While some would lead you to believe that TikTok is bad for your brain and inherently addictive, which it might be, you cant deny how many useful things you can learn within the platform.
TikTok creator Aleisa (@wtfaleisa) took to the platform earlier this week after being told by a friend about a nifty feature on the iPhone.�
I love living in the future, she wrote in the caption, as she explained You can take a picture of the tags on your clothes, and if you have an iPhone, your phone will just tell you exactly how to take care of those clothes. And its not an app, its just built into the camera app.Ill show you how it works.
Heres a picture of the tags on one of my shirts, she told viewers alongside the tag of a polka dot shirt. As you can see, it tells you the material, how to wash it, and also all of the icons that no one knows what they mean.
Youre going to press the little i when it has the sparkles on so you know its working. Then when you click it its going to bring up laundry care and bring you to this really cool menu that tells you what all of the icons mean.
Such icons include a triangle with two diagonal lines, which according to the TikTok, means bleaching with non-chlorine agent.
She finished the video by stating that she was born in the right generation as we have little rectangles in our pockets with such nifty features.�
TikTok users are still playing dangerous
Despite the very handy realisation, most of TikTok has resigned to continue washing their clothes in the most outrageous ways.
