How to see your McDonald’s Unbagged as chain releases 2023 recap
McDonald’s has jumped on the ‘Wrapped’ bandwagon and released its own 2023 recap feature called Unbagged.
The replay tool reveals all your fast food habits at the chain over the past 12 months – so prepare to be outed.

McDonald’s releases 2023 recap feature
McDonald’s Unbagged looks back at your year and gives you a personalised member style which reveals how you ate at the chain.
It then goes on to tell you your most redeemed menu item, how many rewards you redeemed and your go-to food or drink.
The recap tool also reveals how many McDonald’s locations you visited, and the total number of deals you used too.
Plus, you can find out which time of day you visited the chain most in 2023 and your preferred pickup method.
How to see your McDonald’s Unbagged
If you are eligible for a McDonald’s Unbagged, you will have received an email to the address linked to your account.
“Here’s your 2023 McD’s Unbagged,” the title says. “Take a look back at your year with us.”
To get a 2023 recap, you must have made purchases through the McDonald’s app while logged into your account.
If you haven’t received an Unbagged email, that means you didn’t go to McDonald’s enough this year or use the app.
McDonald’s ‘Wrapped’ Member Styles
McDonald’s Unbagged has a range of different member styles that sum up the way you ate at the fast food chain in 2023.
One of them is Arches Insider, which says: “As someone who may unapologetically eat dessert first, you’re a ritual redeemer who makes McD’s part of your regular routine. To you, your faves are a way of life.”
Another is Casual Craver: “An enthusiast of 100% pure beef and melty cheese (robble robble), you’re a casual Front Counter redeemer who goes with the flow. When the mood strikes, you know the app is just a tap away – and you can always trust that feel-good moments will follow.”
Or perhaps you’re an MVP Redeemer: “A breakfast person who likes to pick the cheese off the wrapper, you’re an all-star Drive-Thru redeemer who gets after your go-tos. To you, points are a McD’s superpower that you use deliciously.”
