Bath & Body Works’ Candle Day is back for another year, but how much exactly will the three wick candles cost?
This year is the 11th annual Candle Day of the popular retail chain, which offers its shoppers deals among the brand’s popular three-wick candles.
As the savings event returns, shoppers are eager to know the price of the three wick offerings that will be available for them to snap up. Let’s take a look…
2022 marks 11th year of Bath & Body Works’ candle savings
The retail chain’s annual candle sale has returned for 2022 and sees the brand’s saving tradition continue into its 11th year.
This year’s Candle Day event will commence tomorrow, December 2, and continue into the weekend until Saturday, December 3.
Candle Day sees shoppers able to stock up on their fave three-wick offerings for a bargain price in a once-a-year savings event.
While the event includes the chance to shop over 150 candle offerings with 120 different fragrances, it also features almost 40 limited edition releases.
The brand has shared a few of the exclusive three-wick offerings on its Instagram Stories, including French Baguette, Sunshine & Daffodils, Eucalyptus Rain, Candied Maple Bacon, Mahogany Coconut, Unicorn Sprinkles, White Tea & Sage, Wine Cellar, Endless Weekend, Tipsy Elf and Banana Bunt Cake.
How much are candles on Bath & Body Works’ Candle Day 2022?
Across the annual savings event, the brand’s popular three-wick candles will be available for $9.95.
This is a drop from last year’s price, which was $10.25 according to USA Today. However, this year’s price was the same as the 2020 sale price which was also $9.95.
In a press release confirming the return of the annual sale, chief marketing officer of Bath & Body Works Jamie Sohosky noted how it was “important” to the brand that they “ensure customers could buy a candle for less than $10.”
Prior to 2021’s sale price increase, the annual event’s price had stayed below $10 and, in its early days in 2014, was just $8 per three-wick candle.
Shoppers are gearing up for the annual sale
Following the return of the holiday savings event, candle lovers are preparing to stock up for the festive season.
Many have already shared their readiness for the sale on Twitter, with one user joking about how they were “training” for the annual event.
Another user went on to admit they were more excited about Bath & Body Works’ Candle Day sale than Christmas Day itself.
