Friends design graphic baby shower cake but people can’t decide if it’s funny or disgusting
Two friends in charge of the cake for a baby shower have divided TikTok after decorating their creation in rather graphic imagery.�
The baby shower as we know it today allegedly started following the conclusion of the Second World War. Its essentially a time to celebrate the incoming birth, but the parties tend to differ from group to group. The party at the center of this story certainly has a unique sense of humor.�

Social media user Nienke (@nienkebeitske) posted a video at the start of this month that has since garnered 2.9 million views and over 300k likes.�
The video began with an array of baking materials on the table including a frosted cake, icing, a baked loaf, and a baby head? Yes, you read that correctly.�
They formed the pink icing into the desired shape and then placed the baby’s head on top, trying to replicate the moment of their friends birth. To finish off the design, they covered the cake in chocolate sprinkles for hair and an oozy-red liquid to represent blood. It was no Picasso but got the message across.�
With presents in hand, they journeyed over to the party and revealed the cake to the mother-to-be. Thankfully, she seemed to love it and couldnt contain her laughter. The same could not be said for the comment section.

Despite the mother being in on the joke, a lot of social media users took issue with the graphic depiction of the womans big day. Some even said they should have been kicked out of the party.�
One person said: Would laugh then throw away before everyone came.
I would cry. This would ruin it for me, another comment that got over 12k likes read.
A third scathed: Im def too uptight cuz Id cry tears of sadness lol.
There were, of course, those people who argued for the baby cake, as one person explained: They GOT baby mamas humour!! Poor mama almost laughed that baby out..
