Have clarity on your end goal
Weight loss is difficult, but not complicated. The lack of clarity on the end goal is one of the biggest reasons people fail to lose weight.
Indya says, that trying to lose weight only to look good on certain occasions or to convince others like your children or partner is never the right way to go about it.
You should rather challenge yourself and pursue it with the mindset driven by the promise you’ve made to yourself to get in shape.
Find someone to motivate you
She highly recommends finding yourself an accountability partner or coach, who can motivate you not to give up and remain consistent.
Speaking from her experience, Indya says: “One of the biggest benefits of having a coach is having somebody who is guiding, cheering, and reassuring you every step of the way.”
Stop waiting
You’ll never find the “right conditions” to lose weight by waiting for the perfect moment or time to start your fitness journey.
Instead, you should take a hard look at excuses and reasons stopping you from achieving your goal.
