Everything included in a neuroscientist’s dinner

Alzheimer disease researcher and neuroscientist Dr. Robert claims to eat a lot of food that’s great for the brain. His followers are curious about what’s included in his diet devoid of gluten, dairy, and low in carbs.

So, he reveals his favorite dinner items including sardines – which according to a recent study increase life expectancy. However, the neuroscientist eats it for his brain.

He says sardine is low in mercury and adds a tiny amount of apple cider vinegar into his bowl of small fish – an added benefit for your gut.

Olive oil is also the neuroscientist’s dinner staple, which he claims is great for your overall health. Even though he doesn’t eat sweet potatoes every day, it’s one of his favorites as he boasts about the benefits of the vegetable.

Sweet potatoes are high in fiber, which can naturally regulate your blood glucose level, unlike white potatoes. Of course, dinner feels incomplete without a dessert, so Dr. Robert enjoys his share of organic chocolates after a wholesome meal.

Studies show that dark chocolates can improve brain function owing to their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Lastly, the neuroscientist rarely drinks alcohol as it’s unhealthy for the heart as well as the brain. Even spiritual monks believe the popular beverage makes them distorted.
