Dairy Queen announce BOGO Blizzards as part of their new summer menu
Dairy Queen’s latest announcement comes bearing good news – you will treated to a new 2024 summer menu as well as a BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) deal on your favorite blizzards.
The American fast-food chain welcomed spring by giving away a free cone on the first day of the season, while they plan to open the iconic DQ FREEZER for the first time in 40 years in a few days.

From April 1 through April 14, Dairy Queen has a BOGO deal on its new summer menu. You can grab the offer only on the DQ Mobile App. You can buy one Blizzard of any size and get another of equal value or less for free.
The BOGO deal was announced when Dairy Queen revealed their new summer menu with new and returning flavors of Blizzards. It includes:
- Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Party Blizzard Treat
- Picnic Peach Cobbler Blizzard Treat
- Ultimate Cookie Blizzard Treat
- Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard Treat
- Brownie Batter Blizzard Treat
- Cotton Candy Blizzard Treat
Iconic freezer has all the flavors of past
For the first time, Dairy Queen will open its FREEZER consisting of all the past flavors. In addition to the Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard Treat and Brownie Blizzard Treat, fans can enjoy several other flavors available for a limited time.
The DQ FREEZER has remained a secret for four decades with a variety of flavors from the past sealed in it.
“The brand is now giving fans a peek behind its doors with the return of two iconic flavors and the unprecedented opportunity for future re-releases of more than 170 flavors,” the press release notes.
The FREEZER will be revealed on April 1 and the past flavors will be made available for a limited time.
While Dairy Queen is yet to reveal the flavors it plans to bring back this summer, fans are urging the rerelease of the Cotton Candy Blizzard.
“I just want you to bring back the cotton candy flavor,” said one.
When another asked: “What about Cotton Candy Blizzard?”
“I am going to ask about cotton candy blizzard treats for the next 5 days until the freezer opens,” wrote another.
