Bowl of chocolate-covered strawberries is competing for TikTok’s most-liked video
Chocolate-covered strawberries are the talk of TikTok right now thanks to one viral video which is taking over the app.
The 15-second clip has captured everyone’s attention, and many are hoping it becomes the platform’s most-liked video.

TikTok’s chocolate-covered strawberries
It was posted by a TikTok user called @pr4yforgabs on February 5, who filmed a bowl of chocolate-covered strawberries on her bed.
The appetising bowl of fruit is placed on top of her pink paisley print sheets, and she’s filming it from all different angles.
She zooms in and out repeatedly in time to the music, Bobby Caldwell’s 1978 song What You Wont Do for Love, with the flash on.
That’s it. The entire video consists of filming the chocolate-drizzled strawberries, and it’s gone mega-viral for no reason at all.
Competing for most-liked TikTok video
At the time of writing this on March 1, the clip now has had a staggering 319.3 million views and 41.3 million likes.
In the comments, many are campaigning for it to become TikTok’s most-liked video, but it’s still quite a way off right now.
The most-liked is an August 2020 clip of TikTok sensation Bella Poarch lip-syncing to the viral track ‘M to the B’.
That currently has 64.4 million views, so the chocolate-covered strawberries video is still over 20 million under.
People are convinced it will get there though, with one person commenting: “BOOST so this beats Bella Poarch.”
“This has to beat Bella Poarch,” said another.
It’s started a viral food trend
The viral video has prompted a new trend which sees TikTok users zooming into their food in time to Bobby Caldwell’s track in the same way.
Here’s one with some Nutella crepes:
And another with a bowl of ramen:
The food trend has even shot What You Wont Do for Love right up to No. 1 on the TikTok Billboard Top 50.
