2-year-old recalls chilling memory of life before birth when she was ‘lost in the sky’
A mother has shared a conversation she recently had with her 2-year-old daughter, in which the infant seemingly spoke about life before she was born.
In the comments, everyone is sharing similar stories of their children talking about life before conception, and it will send a shiver down your spine.
2-year-old talks about life before birth
“My 2-year-old daughter just looked at me and said ‘Mom do you remember when I was up in the sky?'” the mother recalled on TikTok.
She quickly caught onto the fact that she was speaking about a past life and asked: “Do you mean before you came to Mommy?”
The child responded with “Yes” and went on to tell her mom that she was “lost in the sky” before coming to Earth.
She was playing tag with her friends when a monster came and killed her, but the child claimed her dad came to save her.
The infant said that all of her five siblings used to be up there with her but slowly began disappearing, seemingly as they were born.
“It’s interesting that she still remembers all these things from preconcepetion and she’s telling me these different stories,” the mother said.
The 2-year-old isn’t the only one who has spoken about preconception either. Her other children have spoken about remembering past family.
‘These stories give me the full body goosebumps’
In the comments, people are saying the story gave them “full body goosebumps” and “shivers” down their spine.
The mother asked others to share similar stories from their children too, and there are some chilling responses.
One person wrote: “My son said to me, Mom, remember when we were brothers and we died on that train and now youre my mom.
“My daughter said ‘Remember when I was the mom and you were the baby? We lived in a brown house with a basketball net’. I grew up in a cedar shingle house with a net out back and my granny lived with us,” said another.
A third person added: “When I showed my daughter my late grandparents’ pictures, she told me their names (before knowing it) and said, ‘Yeah I know them, I met them when I was in heaven before I got here’.”
Children remember their past lives
This recollection of a past life usually occurs in children aged between 2 and 5, the University of Virginia School of Medicine explains. Children speak about memories of a previous life they claim to have lived and often show unusual behaviors, such as phobias or preferences towards certain things.
These behaviors are unusual within the context of their own family and cannot be explained by any current life events. However, the memories generally seem to fade around the age of 7 and most children don’t remember saying these things.
Some kids even have birthmarks or defects that match with wounds or marks on a deceased person, and there is a theory that says a birthmark reveals how you died in a past life. Sometimes, these birthmarks can correlate with a story told.
