No Premier League club have more players named in WhoScored‘s Premier League team of the month for November.
That comes after a month the Hammers finished up fifth in the top flight on the back of a 2-1 win over Aston Villa on Monday.
The XI is created from statistical performances in the matches over the month, with Lukasz Fabianski, Aaron Cresswell and Sebastien Haller getting the nod.
Fabianski is selected in goal, with Cresswell at centre back in the XI along with Manchester United’s Harry Maguire, who West Ham face this weekend.
Haller got the nod alongside Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin, which shows how well he deputised for Michail Antonio.
The 26-year-old scored just once, in a man of the match display against Sheffield United, but only Calvert-Lewin (26) won more aerial duels than the Haller (25) to earn a WhoScored rating of 7.63.
Cresswell helped earn two clean sheets from three matches as well as completing five key passes and eight accurate crosses to land a rating of 7.16 for the month.
Fabianski made 13 saves across his three matches with only Hugo Lloris (3) keeping more clean sheets than his two in a month when he let in just one goal, to grab rating of 7.54.
The Hammers were the only side in the league to win every game of the month, seeing off Fulham as well as Sheffield United and Villa.
Many might have feared for them before the campaign started after last season’s relegation battle and a very tough run of games to kick off with.
But David Moyes has assembled a team in his own image, tough to beat and with a clear style of play.
He’ll hope for better displays than the one against Villa, but it’s clear his top performers are playing as well as anybody in the division.
