Potential signings

Arsenal are allegedly keen on signing Barcelona goalkeeper Neto, as a potential back-up option to Bernd Leno. This follows suggestions from report Dharmesh Sheth on Sky Sports‘ Transfer Talk segment (13/01/21 at 5:05 pm).

The Gunners had been keen on the £18 million-rated Brazilian prior to landing current number two stopper Runar Alex Runarsson in the summer.

However, they are now set to reignite their interest and lure Neto to the English capital, looking to challenge Leno, which Runarsson has failed to do thus far.

However, given his lack of game time at Albion, it might not be the best of moves for the Gunners, who are still searching for a worthy replacement since Emiliano Martinez’s departure to Aston Villa.
