Here is a round-up of the latest transfer news surrounding Arsenal.

Earlier this week we reported on Arsenal’s links to Emi Buendia, Christian Eriksen, Julian Brandt, and the possible departures of five members of Mikel Arteta’s squad.

Here’s more transfer news and gossip from the Arsenal camp.

Possible signings

Julian Draxler

According to the Daily Mail, the Gunners are turning their attention to PSG attacker Julian Draxler, having been priced out of a move for Norwich playmaker Buendia.

The Canaries are asking for £40m for the Argentine. But it is a deal that Arsenal cannot afford this month.

Arteta will, therefore, reportedly seek to complete a loan deal for German international Draxler. The 27-year-old is currently struggling for game time in Ligue 1.

Isco

The Real Madrid star is another potential alternative to Buendia, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Isco has made just ten appearances under Zinedine Zidane in La Liga this season. The midfielder has certainly fallen out of favour in Spain, and is viewed by Arteta as another short-term alternative.

Patson Daka

Arteta is also reportedly keen to find a long-term replacement for Alexandre Lacazette. And journalist Dan Mountney claims that RB Salzburg striker Daka is the number one choice.

The 22-year-old has eight league goals this season, and has previously attracted interest from Arsenal’s rivals Tottenham.

Yves Bissouma

Brighton midfielder Bissouma is another player being closely monitored by the Gunners, according to Football London.

The 24-year-old is reportedly ready to leave the Seagulls this month, with Arsenal his preferred destination.

Possible departures

Mesut Ozil

According to DHA, the midfielder has finally secured a move away from north London. Turkish side Fenerbahçe have reportedly agreed a three-and-a-half year contract with the German.

The 32-year-old hasn’t played for the Gunners since March, having been omitted from Arteta’s squads this season.
