TV host and personality Mike Rowe has announced the release of his own Tennessee whiskey. Rowe, who is known for trying his hand at a variety of different professions as part of the TV series Dirty Jobs confirmed its release earlier this week on social media.

Mike Rowe announces Knobel Tennessee Whiskey’s release
TV personality Mike Rowe, familiar to many for hosting Discovery Channel series Dirty Jobs, has announced the release of his own alcoholic beverage, Knobel Tennessee Whiskey.
Taking to Instagram on Friday (3 December), the presenter confirmed the release of the whiskey in a video to his 1.2 million fans while celebrating the upcoming return of Dirty Jobs and the ranking of his Christmas single Santa’s Gotta Dirty Job on the charts.
In the video, he explained: “The whiskey is here. We’ve had some supply chain issues. But at long last, Knobel Tennessee Whiskey is here and I am in a celebratory mood. So perhaps you’ll join me in a virtual drink.”

TV host on inspirations behind new drink
Mike Rowe also opened up on the inspirations behind the brand as he mentioned its namesake, his grandfather Carl Knobel.
In the announcement, Rowe admitted his grandfather, who was a tradesman, has inspired many projects throughout his career, including the TV series Dirty Job and the Mike Rowe WORKS Foundation, which the TV host founded in 2008 to help students pursue careers in the skilled trades.

Where to buy Knobel Tennessee Whiskey
Fans looking to try the Knobel Tennessee Whiskey can purchase a bottle on the Knobel Spirits website. The drink is available to buy as a 750ml bottle which is priced at $49.95. In celebration of its release, there are also two gift packages that include additional treats as well as the bottle, however, both of these are currently sold out.
The first gift package features a signed closure and was priced at $58.95. The second titled “The Works“, which cost $174.95, included two branded whiskey glasses, a square silicone ice cube tray, a branded hat, a card signed by Mike Rowe himself, as well as the whiskey.
