Who is Susan Hennessey?
Susan Klein was born on August 29, 1985 in Sacramento, California. This means she’s currently 35 years old. Her parents Mary Grad and Christopher Klein also have two other children, named Molly and Helen.
After graduating from high school, she went on to study Italian at the University Of California In Los Angeles. Susan then went on to Harvard Law School. Her first job after finishing law school was working as a legal adviser at the National Security Agency.
Since then, she has worked as a legal-political analyst, editor and executive, and is perhaps best known for her work on the blog Lawfare which is dedicated to discussing national security topics. She was also a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. As well as this, she’s also appeared on various news programmes throughout her career including the likes of CNN and PBS.

Susan married Italian studies professor Brendan Hennessey on June 20, 2009 at a small ceremony at Point Reyes Station in California. The couple have two children.
