Pro golfer Patrick Cantlay won the BMW Championship yesterday, moving him to the top of the FedEx Cup going into the Tour Championship – but what do we know about his girlfriend, Dr Nikki Guidish?
Who is Patrick Cantlay’s girlfriend?
News of Patrick Cantlay’s relationship with Nikki Guidish broke this year, when she appeared next to him after his 2021 Memorial Tournament win in June.
Her father, Jerry Guidish, is an amateur golfer, and her grandmother, Juliann M Guidish, won several club championships. In its obituary, The Journal-News described her as an “avid golfer” – love for the sport runs in the family.

Nikki – or Nicole – is currently 29 years old. She will turn 30 in November, and hails from Naples, Florida.
What does she do for a living?
Per her LinkedIn profile, Nicole Guidish currently works as a pharmacist for Palm Beach Pharmaceuticals, in Florida. She has held the post for just over a year.
She received her doctorate in May 2018 from USF College of Pharmacy, and previously interned at several hospitals, pharmacies, medical centres and clinics. Before that, she attended the University of Central Florida.

Besides a burgeoning pharmacological career, Nikki Guidish has also modelled Tony Little shoes for HSN.
What about her family?
Nikki’s brothers, Doug and Joseph Guidish, are joint chief executives, with their father Jerry, of Guard Dog Valves, a manufacturer of water control valves.
They started the company in January 2016, motivated by their grandfather’s seasonal home being flooded due to a leaking toilet.

Doug previously worked at Lockheed Martin as an engineer, and attended the University of Central Florida. He has a daughter.
Jerry is one of four children born to Juliann and Joseph Guidish. His siblings are Joe Jr, Jayne and Jeff. Nikki’s mother, Ann Pamela Guidish, died in 2016, age 53, of cancer.
