Meet podcast host Myron Gaines
Myron Gaines’ real name is Amrou Fudl. He is best known as host of the Fresh and Fit podcast. However, he has yet to share publicly why he chose his ‘stage name’.
Gaines attended Northeastern University and was part of their rowing team from 2010 to 2011. During his time at college he also played basketball and was involved in bodybuilding, which is where the idea for his next business idea started.
After leaving college, Amrou Fudl worked as a DHS special agent but he now works full time as a presenter, real estate investor, and business owner.

Gaines has almost 30k followers on his Instagram account where he posts fitness inspiration and items about his podcast.
He also owns fitness brand Unplugged Fitness, also known as Fresh and Fit Fitness. Gaines’ business offers specially tailored bodybuilding programmes and rowing fitness improvement sessions. Gaines has said his aim is to make men feel more confident and happy about their bodies.

The Fresh and Fit podcast has more than 500k subscribers on YouTube. It describes itself as: “The world’s number-one men’s podcast. We provide the truth to females, fitness and finances.”
The podcast has enjoyed record growth and success – it was set up little more than a year ago. The podcast discusses issues such as dating and commitment and features a mixed group of men and women.
