On 12 June, some of TikTok and YouTube’s biggest names lace their boxing gloves up to determine which platform is the best.
The genesis of the idea started when KSI and Joe Weller originally faced off, and has blossomed into a multimillion idea featuring the likes of Jake Paul vs Ben Askren and the upcoming bout between Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather.
Hard Rock Stadium in Miami will be the venue for the YouTube v TikTok event, which also includes social media star Tayler Holder.

The upcoming YouTube vs TikTok boxing event on 12 June promises to be huge, with a lineup between 14 of the two websites’ biggest personalities.
While most of the fights were confirmed from the get-go, Taylor Holding was facing off against a then-unnamed opponent.
However, that changed on 23 April when YouTuber AnEsonGib revealed that he’ll be the one to box Tayler Holder on 12 June.
Who is AnEsonGib?
Event organisers Social Glove decided to let fans of social media decide who Tayler Holder would fight, and they chose AnEsonGib.
AnEsonGib – real name Ali Al-Fakhri – is a famous British YouTuber who has worked with some of the Sidemen.
He also has history in the ring, going 2-0 as an amateur boxer before fighting fellow YouTuber Jake Paul in 2020.
Al-Fakhri lost that fight after the bout was stopped in the first round in favour of Paul.

AnEsonGib vs Tayler Holder fight details
AnEsonGib vs Holder is set to take place under amateur rules, with 16 oz gloves required as a result of fighters opting not to wear headgear.
The Brit even took to Twitter to goad his opponent into amending the rules ahead of their fight next month.
“You’re clearly not taking training seriously, because real G’s do threes; witness the fitness, but you’ve realized that you can’t hang.”

On 18 May, headliners Austin McBroom and Bryce Hall got into a fight during a press conference for the YouTube vs TikTok event.
The fight between Bryce and Austin started when the two sat down together to talk about their upcoming fight. However, before long, they were scrapping on the floor.
