Who is Laura Winter?
Laura Winter is a sports presenter, event host and commentator, specialising in cycling and motorsport – including Formula One.
As a former rower, Laura is said to be at home at Henley Royal Regatta and has been the dedicated roving reporter for BT Sport the last four years at the iconic social event.
Her resume also includes a successful tenure as the dedicated British Cycling presenter in which she covered the National Championships and the Women’s Tour of California across a variety networks including: ITV4, BBC Sport, Eurosport and NBC.

Her move into Formula One
Passionate about motorsport, Laura was a grid reporter for five rounds of the World Rallycross Championships on BT Sport. Pre-pandemic, she transitioned to Sky Sports F1 coverage, reporting live from the paddock and on the grid.
She presented for F1 TV and Sky Sports F1 from F1 Testing and the Eifel Grand Prix, and worked virtually throughout the covid-stricken 2020 season regularly interviewing all 20 drivers.
In 2021 she has continued to be a regular on the F1 grid around practice and qualifying sessions.

She recently launched her own podcast
Laura Winter recently launched a new podcast called Lessons Learned.
On the podcast, she interviews sportsmen and women about the five key moments, choices or mistakes that have shaped them.
