The conversation took place on 13 July 2020 and features Nichols discussing her career trajectory. The conversation includes comments about Maria Taylor landing the job to host the 2020 NBA finals coverage.
Nichols told the New York Times she has tried to contact Taylor through phone calls and text messages to offer an apology.
“Maria has chosen not to respond to these offers, which is completely fair and a decision I respect,” Nichols said.
Who is Nichols’ husband?
Rachel Nichols is married to Max Nichols. The couple met as teenagers at a summer camp in Maine.
The couple have been married for 20 years, tying the knot on 25 May 2001.
However, the couple had a decade of no contact after first meeting. Nevertheless they reconnected and, although the couple keep themselves to themselves, it is known they have two children together.
