As new episodes of Euphoria season 2 premiere, fans have yet again spotted Angus Cloud’s resemblance with the late rapper Mac Miller. Check out their appearances side-by-side!
*Warning: Euphoria Season 2 Spoilers*
Euphoria season 2 premiered on HBO on 9 January 2022, with episode 1 taking place at a New Year’s Eve party. Nate (Jacob Elordi) and Cassie’s (Sydney Sweeney) steamy moment gets interrupted by an unknowing Maddy (Alexa Demie), while Fez (Angus Cloud) and Lexi (Maude Apatow) could become an item.
Last week, fans were concerned with Fez’s age given that Lexi is only 17 years old. Now, they’re discussing the actor and his uncanny resemblance to the late rapper, Mac Miller.

Is Angus Cloud a Mac Miller doppelgänger?
Decide for yourself with these side-by-side images, but many Twitter users cannot unsee their similarities.
And no, the celebrities are not related. As per My Imperfect Life, Cloud was born in Oakland, California to Irish parents, while Miller, real name Malcolm McCormick, was born in Pittsburgh.
Some Euphoria fans are claiming that the character of Fez is emotional since he reminds them so much of the well-loved rapper. Others even thought it was actually McCormick!
One Redditor suggested that Cloud’s casting was intentional since Fez allegedly talks about how he isn’t interested in selling fentanyl because of the overdose rate. McCormick passed away due to a fentanyl overdose, as per NBC News.

Who else does Angus Cloud look like?
Rather than just Mac Miller, Cloud apparently looks like a combination of the rapper and Sam Smith, and we couldn’t agree more.
He also apparently looks like another late rapper: Lil Peep. The Zayn Malik comparison is a bit of a stretch.
Cloud talks portraying late rapper in biopic
“I mean, no, I don’t think so,” said Cloud. “Taking on someone’s whole life and becoming that person like, how much respect you have to give them to actually try to portray them, you know? Like, you have to learn, you know what I’m saying?”
“I don’t think I would be prepared to take on someone’s life and legacy and try to replay that, you know?” Cloud continued. “That man is a legend and he’s going to remain one. May he rest in peace, you feel me?”
We predict that a Mac Miller biopic would happen sooner or later, and honestly, we can’t picture anyone else in the role.
