Who is Linda Finegold, Kirill Bichutsky's business partner at ALF?

Earlier, we investigated the risks associated with colonoscopies after rumours began to circulate on Instagram that Kirill Bichutsky had died following a medical procedure. Bichutsky’s Instagram has since gone private but what do we know about Kirill’s business partner and merchandise maker Linda Finegold, whose statement appears to confirm his death?

Who is Linda Finegold?

As per the update on her merchandise website, Linda Finegold is Kirill Bichutsky’s business partner.

She runs the merchandise operation for Bichutsky’s A**holes Live Forever (ALF) brand. Her Instagram account is private but its bio describes ALF’s clothing as “the most offensive merch in the game”.

While some appear to have conflated Linda and Kirill in the past – presuming Finegold to be an alter ego or business pseudonym, another facet of Bichutsky’s personal brand – the message that now occupies the landing page of the ALF merchandise website would suggest otherwise.

“I see a lot of speculation and people asking what happened,” it reads. “I was told (Kirill Bichutsky’s) death was accidental and that he went peacefully in his sleep.”

What is the discount code for Linda Finegold’s ALF merch?

Finegold’s message reads that she doesn’t see herself “doing this without my partner in crime”, ie Bichutsky.

“It would make me sick to my stomach and it was fun while it lasted – but I can’t do this alone.”

As a result, Finegold posted a discount code for Kirill Bichutsky’s ALF merchandise, valid for 60 per cent off all available products. The code is “1234”.

“We’re not printing anything else,” Linda writes. “There is no new merch for this. Don’t sit around and wait for it. We will also be listing all our printing equipment for sale in the coming days.”

The website will stay online for “1-2 days at most”.

What happened to Kirill Bichutsky?

According to Linda Finegold’s statement, Kirill died in his sleep. Her confirmation follows rumours that began to circulate at the weekend.

Bichutsky’s Instagram account is now set to private. However, as The Focus wrote yesterday, the NYC-based entrepreneur posted a picture of himself in a hospital bed on Saturday.

He captioned the photo: “See you on the other side.” A friend referred to a colonoscopy in the comments section, while several of Kirill’s followers have since posted “RIP” messages.

The sad news now seems to have been confirmed by Linda Finegold in her statement.
