Fox News guests were left head in hands when host Jesse Watters admitted he deflated Emma DiGiovine’s car tyres so he could get a chance to talk to her, the Daily Mail reports.
Jesse Watters is one of the hosts of weekday current affairs programme The Five. However, Watters himself has become the hot topic of conversation following his remarks on Monday, 18 April. Although he has yet to address those comments, some social media users have found his love story less than idyllic.

How Fox’s Jesse Watters met his new wife
As The Daily Mail reports, Watters’ first marriage was to Noelle Watters, who he met at work. The couple married in 2009 and welcomed twin daughters in late 2011. However, after ten years of marriage they finalised their divorce in March 2019.
Watters also met future second wife Emma DiGiovine at work – she was an associate producer for Fox News. Emma was 25 when they met, while Watters was 39.
Watters revealed the story of how they got together when the Fox News panel was discussing environmental activists deflating the wheels of SUVs. Watters, now 43, went on a tangent to reveal he let the air out of Emma’s tyres so he could offer her a lift home.
Watters justified his actions by the fact the couple are now married. The story has a “happy ending”, he said.
“Is that the first time you did it or did you use that before?” Jeannine Pirro jested.
He replied: “It works like a charm!”
The Daily Mail reports the tyre incident occurred in 2018, when Watters was going through divorce from his first wife.
