Fans want to know about Dua Lipa’s weight loss secrets after the singer appeared at the 2021 Grammy Awards, this past weekend, looking fit and toned.

What is Dua Lipa’s weight loss secret?

Dua Lipa performed at the 2021 Grammys this weekend in a series of progressively revealing pink sequinned outfits and wowed fans with a rendition of Levitating ft. DaBaby.

Viewers were amazed at the singer’s incredibly toned physique as she went from a theatrical dress to a sequinned blazer and to a two-piece bikini over the course of her performance. So, what is the secret to Dua Lipa’s weight loss?

How does Dua Lipa keep the weight off?

Dua Lipa is not a fan of restricting herself at mealtimes, but tries to stay relatively healthy, with pre-exercise snacks usually consisting of bananas and cashew butter. In a sit-down QA video with British GQ, the Albanian singer is asked what her favourite food is, to which she replies, “fish and chips”.

As far as maintaining her weight loss, Dua Lipa stays away from sugary foods. Although she doesn’t stop herself from eating them entirely, she tries to maintain a healthy balance. The singer explains that, when she does give in to sweet treats, she usually feels lethargic after eating them.

The singer is on the road a lot so she doesn’t regularly have time to hit the gym. So, she mostly maintains her svelte figure by doing HIIT routines every day, of at least 15 minutes each.

At the end of the day, it seems the secret to Dua Lipa’s maintained weight loss is no secret at all – but something we are told about consistently, which is regular exercise and healthy eating. Who knew?

Fans use her music to work out

In March 2020, Dua Lipa released a music video reminiscent of Olivia Newton John’s, Let’s Get Physical. In the video, Dua Lipa is a fitness instructor, pushing everyone to follow her workout routine.

And fans say her upbeat pop music is the ideal tempo for working out.
