Donnie McClurkin has never confirmed his sexuality but has previously opened up on his past struggles with homosexuality.
In a 2002 column, he wrote: “I was not born with these sexual tendencies. It wasn’t chromosomal and had nothing to do with my DNA.”
Donnie has since spoken out on his sexuality as he featured on TV One’s autobiographical series Uncensored.
Talking on the show, he said: “My past relationships were a sprinkling of everything – men and women”.

The pastor prefers to keep quiet about his personal life and, therefore, who he has dated.
Although in 2016, he was revealed to be dating fellow gospel singer Nicole C. Mullen.
They have since gone their separate ways, with Donnie insisting they remain “great friends”.
The 61-year-old also reflected on his relationship with Nicole during his interview with TV One’s Uncensored.
Donnie said: “I didn’t know how to have the relationship. I didn’t know, really, what a woman wanted.”
Talking of the future of his love life, he added: “I want to lay down next to somebody that’s going to be with me for the rest of my life, I really do”.

Yes, the gospel singer has two children: son, Matthew and daughter, Michelle.
He has previously posted pictures of Matthew and Michelle on Instagram to his 304,000 followers.
