Are we getting a Corpse Husband x Billie Eilish collab? On 4 November, Corpse Husband tweeted at Billie Eilish, asking how she coped with her overnight success. As Corpse’s rise to fame has been meteoric and almost instantaneous, he might need all the help he can get, to get used to it.

What do we know?

In a recent stream posted to his YouTube channel on 29 October, Corpse requested Billie Eilish call him. Corpse said he wanted advice on dealing with fame: “Call me […] Billie Eilish, ‘cause I don’t wanna be me anymore”.

He followed this up with a Tweet on 4 November, saying he “would love to have a conversation w/ @billieeilish”:

Corpse’s rollercoaster rise to fame has been swift and emphatic – from reading fans’ true life horror stories on his YouTube channel to having over a million Twitter followers.

Corpse recently shot to new heights of social media stardom by playing a number of games of Among Us with high profile YouTubers PewDiePie, James Charles and Jacksepticeye, among others.

His YouTube uploads regularly garner over 15 million views and he recently donated $10,000 to three charities – The Lupus Foundation of America, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.

How have fans reacted to Corpse Husband’s Billie Eilish tweet?

Corpse’s fans are loyal to the faceless YouTuber, and regularly shower him with words of support via Twitter.

Immediately following his tweet to Billie Eilish, fans jumped to his support, and voiced their enthusiasm for a collaboration between Corpse Husband and the American singer-songwriter.

Eilish, who is just 18 years old, first gained media attention in 2015 with the song “Ocean Eyes”. Five years later, her accolades include five Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, two Guinness World Records, and various others.

She is the youngest person ever to win the four main Grammy categories, and a “Time 100 Next” nominee. Therefore, as someone to go to for advice on the sudden leap to fame, Eilish seems like a good choice.

Has Billie Eilish replied to Corpse’s tweet?

Eilish has not yet tweeted a response. Instead, her Twitter feed of the last few days has featured mainly election-related articles and videos.

For example, Joe Biden’s running-mate Kamala Harris interviewed Eilish on 30 October. They discussed the power of voting and the climate crisis.
