Why does the internet think Bill Hader and Anna Kendrick are dating?

Bill Hader and Anna Kendrick were linked this week following a post on Deuxmoi’s Instagram page. On Saturday (15 January), the account uploaded a reader-submitted tip-off that claimed the two stars had been dating “for the last couple of months” to its Instagram stories.

These claims are of course just rumours, with Deuxmoi’s Instagram bio even stating that posts made on the account have “not been independently confirmed” and therefore are not “fact”.

Despite the claims being unfounded, some fans have since taken to Twitter as they wonder if the pair are actually dating:

Is Anna Kendrick in a relationship?

Anna Kendrick prefers to keep her love life low key, although she has been linked romantically with British cinematographer Ben Richardson for a number of years.

While promoting her series Love Life in 2020, Kendrick was asked about her own dating life in an interview with The Sunday Morning Herald. While chatting to the publication, she explained she likes to keep it “private” as she admitted: “that’s just always how it’s been for me.”

Bill Hader’s dating life explored

Bill Hader is seen to be currently single following his split with Rachel Bilson in 2020. Hader and the actress were first liked in late 2019 and made their couple debut at the 2020 Golden Globes. However, after dating for less than a year, E! News reported the couple had parted ways.

Hader was previously married to ex-wife Maggie Carey who he has three children with, Hannah, Harper and Hayley. They were married 11 years before they separated in 2017, with the couple reported to have filed for divorce in December 2017.
