Man eats Domino’s for first time after nearly 15 years behind bars
After being locked up behind bars for nearly 15 years, a former inmate dived into a fresh Domino’s pizza as his family watched on for the final verdict.
The Michigan-founded Pizzeria is one of the leading pizza brands in the world with over 20k restaurants worldwide. Though they still serve pizzas with all the various added extras, Domino’s has also branched out into other areas of the food industry. Of course, that also includes the viral volcano pizza from their Japanese branch.

He served 14.5 years behind bars
Lesha Mallory (@eshkeef) was ecstatic at the return of her brother after he was locked behind bars for nearly 15 years. Though it’s not immediately clear what his crime was, it’s reasonable to assume he was subjected to prison cooking, and the DIY prison hacks TikTok has become known for.
Upon release, her brother did what any man locked away would do, he ate. What better first meal than a greasy pizza from Domino’s?
“I have my brother back. He has been gone since a week after his 18th birthday. My heart is so full. Not too much on Dominos lmao. Its way better than it was in 2009,” she captioned the post.
In the video, Lesha’s brother could be seen in a white tank top with his hair in braids. He seemed mesmerized by the pizza, which also looked to be relatively simple and not featuring America’s favorite pizza topping.
“Yeah, that’s it,” he said as his sister inquired about his reaction.
Interestingly, Lesha’s brother said the most notable change was the crust, comparing earlier versions to “cardboard.”
There are calls for him to start a TikTok account
Between the thirsty TikTok users and people wondering what crime he committed, others suggested he should create a mukbang, a South Korean trend of eating a lot of food on camera.
“He should make an account where he does mukbang and tries new foods, the money could help him out,” one person suggested.
Another wrote: “I was a correctional officer in the UK nothing makes me happier than seeing them home and experiencing new things.”
“His energy feels so good& freedom looks good on him,” someone else said.
