When asked what her secret is to ‘feeling so great’, she gave an inspiring answer that will change how we all live our lives.

Speaking to TikTok user Yair Brachiyahu, who pulls people aside on the street and interviews them about their life advice, she said: “Being up always. Not being negative. Im a positive person. I dont worry about tomorrow. Its a present.”
She thinks the secret to staying young is always being positive and waking up with a good outlook each and every day. It’s important to be appreciative and realize how lucky you are to live life, because its incredibly special.

Something she wishes she had done
The interviewer also asked what her biggest regret in life is, to which she replied: Losing my husband. He was fantastic. He was loving. He was honest. Gave me three wonderful children.
Then, the 95-year-old said that she wishes she told him she loved him more, because he said it all the time and she probably “didnt say it enough”.
