What is the Shamrock Shake?
On February 5, McDonalds unleashed the green goodness of the Shamrock Shake in the earliest release ever. The drink was first created in 1970 and is comprised of soft-serve vanilla ice cream, minty green syrup, and whipped topping.�
This year, the beloved fast-food brand also released an Oreo Shamrock McFlurry, which was a knockout on apps like TikTok and Instagram.�
Our classic Shamrock Shake� is made with creamy vanilla soft serve, blended with mint syrup and topped with a sweet, whipped topping. Or, for a hint of something different, try our fan-favorite OREO� Shamrock McFlurry�, which comes blended with crushed OREO� cookies, they said at the time.�
When is the drink leaving the McDonalds menu?
With St. Patricks Day not behind us, some fans have been left wondering when the Shamrock Shake will shake off its wings and disappear for another year.
Unfortunately, an exact date is yet to be revealed as its understood restaurants will continue to serve the Shamrock until they run out of stock.�
