TikTok users share insane glow-ups in ‘Better Late Than Never’ trend
A new trend is taking over TikTok this week called ‘Better Late Than Never’ and it’s all about sharing your amazing transformation.
It’s one of many challenges to go viral this week, like ‘when your card declines at therapy’ which sees people discussing their trauma.

TikTok’s ‘Better Late Than Never’ trend
The TikTok trend involves sharing an old picture of yourself where you think they looked less attractive. Then, you post another image next to it showing what you look like now, usually years after the first image.
The trend shows your ‘glow-up,’ a slang term used to describea significant transformation in physical appearance. This is seen as an improvement, essentially turning you into a better version of yourself and becoming more attractive.
It’s similar to last month’s ‘2 Chopper 200 Shots’ trend, which also saw people sharing their incredible transformations and was based on old Kendrick Lamar track.

What is the song?
This trend is set to a song called ONE CALL by Rich Amiri, which repeats the lyrics “better late than never”.
People are using the song to represent the fact that they only just glowed up, but it was better to do it now than not at all.
Amiri Dexter Chase, known professionally as Rich Amiri, is an up-and-coming American rapper, singer, and songwriter.
The 20-year-old rose to fame in late 2023 with the hit singles Aint Nothing and Codeine Crazy, and blew up on TikTok.
People are hyping each other up
In the comments, social media users are congratulating others on their insane glow-ups.
One person wrote: “Show me your ways.”
“This can’t be possible,” said another.
A third person added: “How is this the same person?”
“I am at a loss for words,” another wrote.
Someone else commented: “Big glow up wow.”
