Viral story about assistant ‘sacked at Grammys’ appears to be satire
A woman recently went viral on TikTok with claims that she is a ‘celebrity assistant’ and was sacked due to a ‘poor performance’ at 2024 Grammys. However, the claims appear to be a fabricated story.
Monday nights Grammys saw a string of notable moments including Taylor Swift winning album of the year. But amongat the humdrum of celebrity chaos, one particular video went viral on social media thanks to some outrageous claims.
A night to remember at the Grammy’s
TikTok content creator Louisa Melcher (@loulouorange) made a video claiming that she was sacked after the 2024 Grammy’s having refused to give up her shoes to her celebrity client. She further said that she considered the star a close friend after working for them for a number of years.�
The singer, well call her Anna, realizes that she forgot her shoes. She left them at the hotel. So obviously thats a big problem, you cant walk the red carpet barefoot, Louisa explained. She decides she likes my shoes the best and wants to wear them. Normally, I would reluctantly give them to her.

However, due to the horrific weather conditions in Los Angeles this week, the assistant would have had to trudge through water on asphalt.
She continued: The second thing and this one is even more out of pocket. Anna brought her two dogs to the Grammys and for some reason, she thought they would be able to go inside. These dogs are technically registered as emotional support animals, however, Anna literally brags to her friends all the time that she did this illegally.
When security refused access to the dogs, Louisa was forced to wait outside with them throughout the entire awards ceremony.
I was all glammed up and it was absolutely pouring outside, she said, adding that she eventually chose to take the dogs back to Annas residence.
Louisa then received an email from Annas manager informing her that she had received the chop.�While the original video has been removed from TikTok, you can still watch it below on Twitter.

Who is TikTok creator Louisa?
Louis is a TikTok creator and musician. According to her LinkedIn, Louisa has been working as a social media content creator for nearly four years and had a string of jobs before this including gallery assistant and research assistant. However, there is nothing to suggest she is or has worked as a celebrity assistant.
An email address in her TikTok bio also points to an agency that creates viral content and has the tagline ‘home of digital comedy’.
At this stage, Louisa’s claims remain a mystery but The Focus has reached out to the creator for comment and clarification.
