Don’t consume too much caffeine
As explained by Healthline, high levels of caffeine consumption can cause unpleasant and even dangerous side effects, so drinking strong coffees on a regular basis is not recommended.
It can cause anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, muscle breakdown, addiction, high blood pressure, a rapid heart rate, fatigue and frequent urination.
The FDA says healthy adults can have up to 400 milligrams of caffeine a day, which is about four or five cups of coffee.
This amount is “not generally associated with dangerous, negative effects”. However, people’s sensitivity to caffeine widely varies.
The FDA estimates that toxic effects, like seizures, can occur when around 1,200 milligrams of caffeine is consumed rapidly.
