Fans of Gabbi Hanna seem thrilled for the former influencer as she starts a new venture as a local YMCA instructor.
While the outside of social media seems frivolous, it often hides a much darker underbelly where influencers and content creators are swept up and swallowed. On TikTok alone, there are hundreds of fan pages dedicated to messy videos of creators doing concerning things they will undoubtedly regret for years.
Gabbi Hanna starts a new venture
After over a year of social media inactivity, Gabbi returned to Instagram earlier this month on the page of a YMCA. In the reels of Lawrence County YMCA, the former influencer popped up as she seemed to be launching a Barre Body pop-up class.
On their Instagram page, they penned: Join Gabbie Hanna for a dynamic Barre Body pop-up class this Thursday at 5:30 pm, Downtown branch. Sculpt, tone, and dance your way to fitness with Gabbie’s expertise!
Fans seem happy for her
Beneath the original post, fans celebrated Gabbi while wishing her the best in her new lease on life.
One person wrote: You look amazing & I am so proud of you! I wish I was a lawco local so I could come to your class!
Omg i want to take her class cause it sounds so hype! another person chirped.
On Reddit, where a screenshot of the post was shared, fans similarly celebrated how refreshed and healthy the former LA native looked.
This is a nice happy beginning, and it looks like her tattoo removal is going well too. She looks healthy and amazing! someone shared, to which another responded with, It was hard watching her spiral.
What happened to Gabbi Hanna?
Gabbi initially made a name for herself on TikToks predecessor Vine, before moving to other platforms and launching a relatively successful music career.
After a string of controversies and inter-influencer online battles, Gabbi panicked her followers by posting over 100 TikTok in a single day. Many of the clips featured the star talking about topics like religion and death.
After remaining on social media for a few days, she revealed that the flurry of content was a result of a manic episode related to her bipolar.
