Crocs tease a stunning Hello Kitty High Heel in cheeky new advert
Crocs is kicking off the new year by teasing its collaboration with Hello Kitty for high heels, said to release “soon.” TikTok users are already imagining themselves trying the new collection.
The fad surrounding the Hello Kitty collection is carried into 2024 with more products inspired by the fictional character hitting the shelves. Only recently Target treated its customers to Hello Kitty Stanley-style cup, priced at $42.99.
Crocs set to release Hello Kitty High Heels
The teaser posted to Hello Kitty and Crocs’ TikTok and X/Twitter account features the yet-to-release high heel collections.
The animated video depicts the real-size Hello Kitty walking in high heels. The colors featured on the shoes pay homage to the signature Hello Kitty design – blue heels and a white overall body with black and white prints of the character.
The graphic also shows a shoe charmer shaped like Hello Kitty accessorizing the shoes’ front. The teaser doesn’t reveal the price or the release date. It isn’t known if the high heels will be made available in more colors.
The caption on the teaser simply reads: “High heels on Hello Kitty”
Other collections inspired by the fictional character
Although the high heels are new to Crocs’ Hello Kitty collection, there are several other similarly-themed items currently available to purchase.
You can grab Hello Kitty Siren Clog from the website for $99.99 and it closely resembles the high heel collection that’s teased recently.
The Hello Kitty Classic Clog is another popular item sold for $69.99 and it’s available in sizes for toddlers and adults.
And of course, there are adorable jibbitz to accessorize your shoes, all of which are Hello Kitty-themed. While a single piece of shoe charmer, Hello Kitty Glitter Cat is available for $6.99, you can purchase a pack of 5 with more designs for anywhere between $19 and $24.
Crocs x Hello Kitty 2024 collection is sending fans wild
The Hello Kitty High Heels are more of a “need” than a “want” for TikTok users. The teaser is met with thousands of comments as fans can’t wait to try the 2024 collection.
One user wrote: “I need the Hello Kitty heels. Period.”
“I need those I love Crocs,” said another.
A third person said: “These Crocs are amazing. 100% I’m getting them.”
