The little pooch didnt know what to do with himself

Earlier this week, TikToker Issi Hirsch (@isshirsch) took to the platform in preparation for her family ski trip. She wanted to take her Cocker Spaniel with her, and so bought him the cutest set of boots to keep his paws warm and steady on the ice and snow.

POV: You wana take your dog skiing, she captioned the post. Unfortunately, the little guy had other ideas.

At first, Issi only put the front two on, no doubt hoping to ease him into the unnatural feeling. He was uncomfortable almost immediately and lifted his paws up in exaggerated motions in an attempt to walk in a simple straight line. Issi and her family were understandably laughing.

She then tried the other two on, but he was still not vibing with his new crepes. His movements only became more exaggerated and Issis face dropped and she covered her mouth. Eventually, she insisted on taking them off.

TikTok loves the dog

Since posting, Issis video has garnered a massive amount of views and likes. In just over 24 hours, the dog had been viewed over 2.4 million times on TikTok, and liked by nearly 400k people, many of which took to the comments with laughing emojis.

One person wrote: I thought the first clip was funny but I cried at the second. Oh my god.

It might have been for the best though, as one person shared: Aww we got these for our dog but he ended up with blistered on the top of his paws.

The amount of times Ive just watched this, a third added, as a fourth chimed in, Nothing could have prepared me for that first step.
